Vaessen-Schoemaker, is an independent, family owned company located in Deventer, the Netherlands. The company was founded in 1946. Vaessen-Schoemaker develops and produces functional ingredients, mostly tailor made, for our customers in the international food industry, with applications especially for meat and fish products.
